Rocky Creek Viaduct

Construction of a new 600-lf viaduct, situated in a slide prone area, directly above the Pacific Ocean: The viaduct is supported by CIDH piles with rock sockets. It will span the unstable portion of the road. This project includes removal of a portion of the existing walls to accommodate the viaduct bents, removal of an existing culvert, excavation for and installation of a reinforced steel soldier pile wall, and other project accouterments such as conforming to the existing road to remain, painting of pilings, relocation of signs, temporary traffic control signals, railing, etc.

LEI wrote the WPCP and fulfilled QSP role.
